Section 02, North Window, Joe Kenny
Yesterday, we spoke about hierarchy in observation. In the Section 02, North Window the breakdown went:
- there’s a window
- the window contains thin panes of glass
- the window has a frame
- the window frame is made of steel and individual panes of glass
- the intended window frame (in the drawings) contains six panes of glass instead of the existing window frame (in the building), which contains four panes of glass.
Your observations and images should be as detailed as the observation included above…this is how we develop constructional narratives about the building.
Rooftop Video, Zach Freeman
Zach and Jacob were lifted above the roof upon a boom or scissors lift by a generous construction worker. They took a video, which I cannot upload due to the media type. If you are interested in seeing what is on the roof, email me and I will drop the file into your Box folder.
